REPAIR CONSULTATIONS
ASKJIM for a free evaluation and estimate. Tell me what your cycler is doing/not doing.
It is very important to have the Serial Number of your unit before you call.
If your problem requires more than a few minutes of dialog or if you need
wiring diagrams or instructions faxed to you, this is Technical Advice
and
there will be a charge for it.
REPAIRS
Simple repairs:
These can be done by your own lab or maintenance personnel at
your own facility (for example, a software fix or part replacement).
In this case your cost would be minimum - a 15 minute consultation and/or cost
of replacement parts.
Major repairs:
This requires diagnostics, major disassembly, and/or
calibration. Most of the time it can be determined over the phone and you
will know the cost whether done at my shop or at your facility. If it
cannot be determined over the phone, the cycler can be sent in for
evaluation. I will determine what work needs to be
done and the price for
it. If you decide not to have the repair done, your only charge will be
for return shipping - no charge for my evaluation.
